Putin may only be waving his “Nut” to thwart Trump’s efforts, Zelensky says

According to him, Putin wants to escalate the situation now so that Trump “will not succeed, so that he will not be able to end the war.”

Russian President Vladimir Putin may now “wave his ‘Nut'” only to thwart the efforts of US President Donald Trump after his inauguration. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said this in his video address , speaking about Putin’s statements in Kazakhstan.

He noted that today in Kazakhstan Putin “again advertised his missiles – his readiness to kill and destroy.”

“Putin obviously wants to add thousands more to the thousands of missiles that have already hit Ukraine. He does not need this war to end. Moreover, Putin wants to prevent others from ending this war. He can wave his “Oreshnik” now only to disrupt the efforts of President Trump, which will definitely happen after the inauguration,” Zelensky emphasized.

According to him, Putin wants to escalate the situation now so that Trump “doesn’t succeed, so that he can’t end the war.” The head of state added:

“Putin is the only culprit of this war and the only one who believes in war. And that is why Putin’s escalation now is pressure to force the American president to accept Russia’s conditions later. We understand all the existing threats.”

Putin’s New Threats

As is known, Putin had previously threatened to strike “decision-making centers” in Kyiv. He noted that the Russian Defense Ministry and their General Staff were already “selecting targets” for the Oreshnik missile to be struck on Ukrainian territory.

At the same time, the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry responded to such threats. The department noted that it is worth paying attention to the country where the Russian dictator made such a statement, namely Kazakhstan.

There, Putin also threatened to use “all means of destruction” if Ukraine obtained nuclear weapons. Russia, he said, “will not allow this.”
