According to Putin, Moscow did not attack Ukraine’s energy sector in the winter for “humanitarian reasons.”

In recent weeks, Russia has been carrying out massive attacks on Ukrainian energy infrastructure. Russian dictator Vladimir Putin commented on these attacks.
“Unfortunately, we have observed a series of attacks on our energy facilities recently and were forced to respond,” he said during a meeting with the self-proclaimed President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.
At the same time, he stated that he “felt sorry” for the Ukrainian population. According to Putin, Moscow did not attack Ukraine’s energy sector in the winter for “humanitarian reasons.”
“We didn’t want to leave social institutions, hospitals, and so on without power supplies. But after the attacks on our energy facilities, we were forced to respond,” the dictator tried to explain the terror.
He noted that Russian attacks on energy facilities in Ukraine are part of the “demilitarization” process.
“First of all, we proceed from the fact that in this way we influence the defense industry – the military-industrial complex of Ukraine, and directly,” Putin said.

A psychopath ruling a horde of savages.
Vile.
Out of humanity he did not destroy the plant in Kyiv in winter……….
Psychopaths like to simulate empathy, but they are incapable of measuring it and using it, so deep is their criminal pathology. Incurable!
Putinismus ante mortem, Amen.
It’s less disgusting listening to someone on the toilet emptying his bowels from severe diarrhea than hearing this ghoul.
