Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to allocate 10 thousand rubles to each person arriving from the self-proclaimed DNR and LNR in the Rostov region.
The government said that the funds for this will be taken from the reserve fund.
Putin also instructed Acting Head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Alexander Chupriyan to urgently fly to the Rostov Region to organize conditions for the accommodation of those arriving from the DPR and LPR.
In the Rostov region, in connection with the evacuation from the DPR and LPR , an operational headquarters was created.
The authorities of the DPR and LPR announced the evacuation of their residents to Russia on the afternoon of February 18. They explained this by the growing tension in the region. It is expected that the first buses with evacuees will leave in the direction of Russia around 8 pm.
In Ukraine, they emphasize that they do not plan any offensive operations in the Donbass.

Nothing adds up with this one bit. The terrorists claim they are going to evacuate 700,000 civilians, just like that. The logistics just doesn’t add up. Where do you put 700,000 for a start, unless these camps were pre determined months ago. Plus, this is the good bit, say each bus can carry 40 people, Muscovy would need 17,500 buses to evacuate all these citizens. Will take a while with the 20 they probably have in the whole of the occupied territory.
This is the first time I have ever heard of people being paid to evacuate. If the threat from Ukraine was real, the Russian lovers wouldn’t need paying. It’s time these sanctions were applied now, before Putler decides to start a real genocide.
