A documentary leaked information about a girl the Russian dictator met privately.

Russian dictator Vladimir Putin dated an underage mistress. Her father still receives payments from the Kremlin, according to the book “The Tsar in His Own Person” by Roman Badanin and Mikhail Rubin.

According to the authors, in 2010–2011, Putin, then Prime Minister of Russia, regularly met with Alisa Kharchova, a journalism student at Moscow State University (MSU). The girl was only 17 years old at the beginning of the relationship.

The acquaintance was organized by people associated with the Nashi movement, who used the relationship to potentially influence Putin. An erotic calendar with photos of female students and applicants to Moscow State University, including Kharcova, was given to Putin for his birthday in October 2010. Later, the girl received a call from the government asking for meetings with Putin.

The organizers tried to prepare Kharcova for each meeting and conveyed her requests for Putin, but, according to the book’s interlocutors, the prime minister did not accept their advice.

The affair lasted about a year. After it ended, Nashi lost influence in the Kremlin, and Alisa received gifts from Putin: in 2015, an elite apartment in the center of Moscow and the opportunity to study at MGIMO.

The girl’s father, Vsevolod Kharchov, has been receiving a salary of about 100,000 rubles per month since 2020 from the pro-Kremlin structure of the ANO “Dialogue”, which is run by the author of the calendar, Vladimir Tabak.
