Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a document that actually allows Russian airlines to use aircraft of foreign lessors despite their ban.

We are talking about the operation of foreign aircraft, aircraft engines, cars and urban ground electric transport.

The document allows the government of the Russian Federation in 2022 to make its own decisions regarding financial lease agreements for foreign aircraft, aircraft, cars and urban ground electric transport.

Also, the government will be able to determine how aircraft will be registered in the state register of civil aircraft.

The government of the Russian Federation can transfer all these powers to other bodies.

Earlier, Putin’s “United Russia” proposed to “nationalize” the assets of foreign companies, which, after the start of an open war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine, left the Russian market.

The White House then said that the United States would take action if it comes to the confiscation of assets in Russia.

Due to sanctions in connection with the Russian aggression against Ukraine, more than 300 foreign companies have already left the state, some have promised to temporarily save jobs and salaries to employees. 

As the Financial Times wrote , due to financial and military difficulties, Moscow turned to China for help.
