Water supply to the Crimea is one of the conditions for further settlement of the situation in the Donbass, which was set by Russian President Vladimir Putin at the negotiations of the Norman four in Paris in December 2019, writes Censor. NO with reference to their sources.
Also, according to the editor-in-chief of the Censor. No, Yuri Butusov, in a telephone conversation on February 14, Putin again demanded that the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky resume the supply of water to the Crimea as one of the conditions of the agreements at the next “ Norman meeting”.
“ That is why at first the head of the faction of the Servant of the People, David Arahamia, and then the Prime Minister Denis Shmygal announced their intention to supply water to the Crimea ( Shmygal then denied his words). And that is why the authorities sent inquiries to engineering organizations about the preparation of a project to resume water supply to the Crimea. This is a test of public opinion, the President’s Office is studying whether Ukrainian society is ready to make such concessions to Putin, and whether the supply of water to the Crimea can become a topic for agreements with Russia, ”Butusov writes.
Until 2014, about 85% of the water needs of Crimean residents were provided by the North Crimean Canal, through which water came from Ukraine. However, after Russia annexed the peninsula, water supplies were cut off.
On March 6, 2020, on a political talk show on 1 + 1 TV channel, Prime Minister Denis Shmygal called for the resumption of water supply to the Crimea .
His statement resonated in Ukrainian society, and the next day the head of the Cabinet of Ministers specified that the authorities could not supply water to Crimea until it was returned to Ukraine .
Later that day, he noted that water supplies would not be resumed only for industrial facilities , but “we will supply Ukrainians with water for household needs, for drinking: even with tanks, at least canisters, at least bottles”.

The Pro-Russia Zelensky government hadno problem with that idea……………………..
I must have missed the part in the Minsk agreement, that says Ukraine have to resume supplying terrorists with water. Seeing as Russia are not part of the war in Donbas, how could resuming the water supply to Crimea, resolve the situation in Donbas? Lastly, say Zelensky does resume this water supply to Crimea, what does the clown do when the terrorists in Donbas refuse to give control of the border back to Ukraine, and Russia say it’s nothing to do with us?
No water to the invaders.
Not unless it contains lethal doses of bath lotion.
