President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has signed a decree awarding North Korean leader Kim Jong-un with the “75 Years of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945” jubilee medal. This was reported on the Facebook page of the Russian Embassy in the republic.
