Lukashenko spoke about “legal purity”.

Kremlin ruler Putin and self-proclaimed president of Belarus Oleksandr Lukashenko said they do not recognize the legitimacy of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
At a press conference in Minsk, Putin again said that Moscow is ready for negotiations, but only on the basis of agreements reached in Belarus and Turkey, as well as based on “realities on the ground.” “And with whom to negotiate? This is, of course, a question… We understand that the legitimacy of the current president has ended,” he said.
According to Putin, in order to sign the documents, Russia must be completely sure that it is dealing with a legitimate government. He says that the political and legal systems of Ukraine have to answer this question.
Lukashenko, answering a question about Volodymyr Zelenskyi’s legitimacy, said: “There is no legal purity here and there cannot be.”

What are they drinking?
We knew they were going to pull this $#!t.
“And with whom to negotiate? This is, of course, a question… We understand that the legitimacy of the current president has ended,”
Neither of you are legitimate, so nothing has changed.
They don’t understand the ligitimacy of the Ukrainian Constitution which says there will be no elections during a time of war. Neither of those clowns follow a Constitution so they wouldn’t understand.
Not that has anything to do with them anyway.
What those two turds say is wholly irrelevant. The only thing I want to hear from the toilet bowl is, we surrender.
