Bashkortostan has run out of money. The republic’s government intends to sell a portion of Bashneft’s shares to cover the budget deficit. Russian entrepreneurs from Irkutsk, Novosibirsk, Chelyabinsk, Tomsk and Udmurtia took to the streets for a “rally” against a tax hike.
