A number of Russian media reports about a shell explosion in the Rostov region, a kilometer from the border with Ukraine .

This is reported by TASS and Interfax with reference to a source in law enforcement agencies of the Russian Federation.

What kind of projectile, where it came from – they don’t write. It is noted that the shell exploded on the territory of the Tarasovsky district of the Rostov region, a kilometer from the state border of Russia with Ukraine. The explosion allegedly occurred at 4:00 Moscow time, 300 meters from one of the households in the village of Mityakinskaya. The incident is said to have been reported to law enforcement by local residents.

Mention, the so-called “People’s Militia” of the militants said that the Armed Forces of Ukraine tried to distribute leaflets in Donetsk to create panic. The night before, terrorists from the “LPR” announced an alleged explosion of a gas pipeline.

“Ukraine has nothing to do with what is happening now on this gas pipeline,  ” Yury Vitrenko, head of Naftogaz , wrote on his Facebook page.

According to him, the gas pipeline was disconnected from the united gas transportation system of Ukraine in 2014, it is not used for transit and gas supplies to the country.

Meanwhile, State Duma deputy Alexei Zhuravlev called on the Russians to create squads and go to the Donbass in order to “defend the Russian world.”

It is interesting that such statements are criminally prosecuted not only according to international standards, but also according to Russian legislation (article 359 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Mercenary”).

Disinformation and provocation from Russia

Earlier, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny addressed the residents of ORDLO due to the aggravation of the situation in Donbas. He noted that the militants use the civilian population to escalate the conflict.

US President Joe Biden has  warned that Russia is spreading disinformation against Ukraine to create an excuse for further action. The US President noted that Russia could launch a military operation against Ukraine under a “foreign flag”.

The head of the Ukrainian mission to NATO, Natalya Galibarenko , said that Russia is looking for an excuse to invade.

And the head of the Center for Strategic Communications, Igor Solovyov, noted that the media of the Russian Federation about once a week or two makes stuffing, which theoretically could become a reason for an invasion of Ukraine. When old narratives stop working, new ones are invented.
