I am convinced that the SBU has at least a measure of involvement in this operation, seeing the complexity of it, and that this is one of several such actions taken inside the crime syndicate.
Having said that, we must admit that the Ukrainian SBU has moved up to being on the top of the world’s intelligence agencies. They almost make the KGB, CIA, and Mossad look like boy scouts.
