The Kremlin “issued” another cynical statement regarding the attack on the ” Okhmatdyt ” children’s hospital in Kyiv on July 8.
As Dmytro Peskov, the press secretary of the ruler of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, told Russian propagandists, the story with the children’s hospital in Kyiv is “a Jesuit PR-operation on blood.”
“It is obvious that an anti-aircraft missile was used improperly. Kyiv is using this tragedy to create a background for Zelensky’s participation in the NATO summit,” Peskov said.
