The mayor’s office of Russian-occupied Mariupol has reported that on the afternoon of 13 August, there was an explosion that was “heard by the whole city”.

Background: At about the same time, Ivan Fedorov, the mayor of Melitopol, reported explosions in the occupied city of Melitopol and according to him, partisans are at work.
