Prosecutors of Institute of National Remembrance of Poland will be able to continue to prosecute people responsible for the crimes of the communist regime in Poland
In Poland, the statute of limitations for crimes of the communist era of 1944-1990 was canceled. The relevant law was signed by President Andrzej Duda. Radio Poland reports.
The regulations currently in force provide that the statute of limitations for crimes of the communist regime begins on August 1, 1990, and that punishment ends after 40 years for murder, war crimes or crimes against humanity, and after 30 years for other crimes. Thus, from August 1 this year, there would be no punishment for other crimes.
Now, the prosecutors of the Institute of National Remembrance of Poland will be able to continue to prosecute people responsible for the crimes of the communist regime in Poland.
As stated in the explanatory memorandum to the law, “the duty of a democratic state is to condemn a crime committed under a totalitarian (authoritarian) regime and not previously punished for political reasons.”
Earlier, The United States must work with NATO partners to enhance the alliance’s combat capability. The funds should be used to deter opponents, including Russia.

Which was interesting since 112 is definitely a kremtroll project.
Probably a prelude for Medvedchuk to attack the West.
The ruling PiS party just won a narrow election victory. Which is good for Ukraine as the runner up party is a traditional social democratic europhile outfit that would probably align itself with the Franco-German leadership.
PiS is possibly the only political party in the world that is opposed both to putlerism and izlamofascism.
This is a very good measure. Certainly, the Stalinists have committed as many cries as the Nazis but were never held accountable. I welcome Poland’s continued strong stance against the Ruskie mafiosi since the Kremlin mobsters will consider this to be aimed at least in part against them seeing their love of their monster that is Joseph Stalin.
