Warsaw and Copenhagen have similar views on the increase of Russian activity in the European region and support for the territorial integrity of Ukraine.
Polish Foreign Minister Jacek Czaputowicz said this at a meeting with his Danish counterpart Jeppe Kofod during the Polish minister’s visit to Denmark, according to wnp.pl.
“The ministers emphasized common positions regarding the situation in the EU’s eastern neighbours, including the territorial integrity of Ukraine and Russia’s increased military activity in the Baltic Sea and the Arctic region,” the Polish Foreign Ministry reported.
The Polish minister also convinced his Danish counterpart of the need to continue EU enlargement policy.
