The United States allows Ukraine to use American weapons to strike targets in the Kursk region of Russia.
The Deputy Pentagon Press Secretary in the Department of Defense, Sabrina Singh stated this.
According to her, the US policy on the use of American weapons allows Ukraine to return fire to defend itself against Russian attacks from the border regions, in particular the Kursk region, from which the occupiers are shelling the Sumy region.
“Our policy does allow for them to engage in those counter fires, but we are still supporting Ukraine in what they need on the battlefield. That’s not going to change,” she said.
However, the official did not specify which means of defeat were in question.

In addition, Singh noted that the United States still did not know the objectives of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ operation in the Kursk region. She recalled that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi said that the offensive was intended to create a buffer zone on the territory of the aggressor country.
She also added that the Pentagon still had questions about how the Kursk operation “fits into strategic objectives on the battlefield.”
The Deputy Pentagon Press Secretary noted that creating a buffer zone would mean building several lines of defense.
Sabrina Singh also announced new defense assistance packages for Ukraine from the United States.
Also, according to her, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin plans to have another conversation with Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umierov in the coming days.
Like the ministers’ previous phone call on August 19, the discussion will focus on the Ukrainian Defense Forces’ operation in the Kursk region.

Previously, Pentagon Press Secretary Brigadier General Patrick Ryder said that the United States was discussing with Ukraine the long-term objectives of the offensive of Ukrainian forces in the Kursk region.

“The United States allows Ukraine to use American weapons to strike targets in the Kursk region of Russia.”
Well, better two weeks late than never. 🤡
“Our policy does allow for them to engage in those counter fires, but we are still supporting Ukraine in what they need on the battlefield. That’s not going to change,”
Huh?
Has anyone ever watched Keystone Kops slapstick comedy films? They have better strategies than the Biden administration.
I wonder if the Moskali are constantly asking the Pentagon for permission? China?
Mafia land is free to slaughter whoever and wherever they are.
Get them ready and devastate what you can before they get cold feet again 🙄
One foot is already cold, I suppose.
The U.S. has to know what the reason behind this is. It’s easier to deny than to explain. I hope this momentum carries all the way to Moscow.
What for do they want to know? They have proven to be as leaky as a sieve, concerning secrets.
