At the EU special summit on the Ukraine war, Chancellor Christian Stocker proposed choosing Vienna as a possible location for negotiations with Russia.
The 27 heads of state and government of the European Union came together on Tuesday for an online summit meeting on the topic of the Ukraine war. It was a follow-up to the meeting between US President Donald Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Monday. Chancellor Christian Stocker (ÖVP) proposed Vienna as a possible location for negotiations with Russia’s President Vladimir Putin.

“Our capital has a long tradition as a place of dialogue and offers excellent conditions with the international organizations based here – especially the OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, note) -,” said a statement from the Federal Chancellery (BKA) on Tuesday. In response to an APA inquiry regarding an arrest warrant against Putin from the International Criminal Court (ICC), the BKA further stated: “The potential question of participation in possible peace negotiations by persons against whom an ICC arrest warrant exists must be clarified in advance in consultations with the court. Should the negotiations take place in Vienna, we will contact the ICC due to our headquarters agreements with international organizations in Vienna (…) to enable President Putin’s participation.”
According to the Federal Chancellery, the virtual summit focused primarily on the design of security guarantees, the return of Ukrainian children abducted to Russia, and the planned bi- and trilateral talks between the USA, Ukraine, and Russia.

It doesn’t matter what venue you put up for any peace negotiations. Putler will never, ever meet with Zelensky. I would stake my house on that.
There are two possible scenarios: one is a horror beyond comprehension; the total victory of putler and the public humiliation and likely murder of Zel.
With a weak Europe and a terrible motherfucker in the WH it is not impossible. Especially as chicom/iranaZi/nork filth are helping so comprehensively.
The other scenario is total victory for Zel and surrender of the putler murder gang. That is unfortunately not much more feasible than the first one.
We know that the US will not fight putler. We now need a REAL coalition of the willing, ie allied combat troops and air power to bring it to an end.
