The aid package includes, in addition to the Patriot battery, ammunition for NASAMS, HIMARS, Javelin anti-tank systems, 155 mm and 105 mm artillery shells and other weapons.

A meeting between the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi and the President of the United States Joe Biden took place, during which Biden announced a new aid package for Ukraine .

At the same time, the US president did not give any details. He only clarified that the Ministry of Defense will make the details public later.

He also said that everything is being done to ensure that F-16 aircraft arrive in Ukraine this summer.

During the broadcast of the meeting, the US president emphasized that Ukrainian soldiers managed to stop the advance of the Russian invaders in the Kharkiv region and inflict heavy losses on the enemy. According to him, this gives an understanding that Russia will not win in Ukraine.

Biden emphasized that the USA will be with Ukraine. “We will stand with you,” he said.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy thanked for the help. He noted that there will be a conversation with the US president about how to stop Russian terror.

“We must stop this war and restore peace as soon as possible,” Zelensky emphasized.
