Patriarch Theophilos III of Jerusalem called the war Russia is waging in Ukraine a “situation” along Russia’s western border and offered Russian dictator Vladimir Putin his assistance in Russian-Ukrainian negotiations. He made the remarks during a meeting with the Kremlin ruler in the Kremlin on November 5, Russian media reported.
“I know that there are proposals for negotiations regarding the situation along your western border,” he told Putin.
Also, according to propaganda media, he offered his mediation in supporting peace talks, calling them a “dialogue between brothers” who share a “common faith.”
