“Outrageous”: Western parts found in North Korean missile shot down over Ukraine – MFA

According to Sibiga, Russia and the DPRK still have access to Western-made components for weapons.

Western parts were found in the North Korean KN-23/24 missile that was recently shot down over Ukraine . This was reported on the social network X by Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga .

According to him, Russian leader Vladimir Putin and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un still have access to Western-made weapons components.

In this context, the diplomat appealed to allied countries to strengthen sanctions and control over their implementation.

“Outrageous. Recent examination of the North Korean KN-23/24 missile shot down in Ukraine has found numerous newly manufactured Western components. We call on allies to respond decisively, strengthen sanctions and export controls, and strengthen our air shield,” Sybiga wrote.
