A video has been published on social networks in which a Russian occupier from the 27th Motorized Rifle Brigade of the Russian Armed Forces spoke about the complete destruction of his company during assaults in the Kupyansk direction. The recording appeared on the network a few days ago and concerns hostilities in the Kharkiv region.
A Russian serviceman emotionally recounts the so-called meat assaults , in which Russian Armed Forces units participated together with convicts. According to him, commanders with the call signs “Spartanets” and “Korshun” forced personnel to move through minefields under drone strikes and mortar fire.
As a result, some of the survivors decided to voluntarily abandon their positions.
Surroundings of Kupyansk
According to available information, these events took place near Kupyansk, Kharkiv region. Earlier, the Defense Forces of Ukraine reported a successful counterattack in this direction and the encirclement of the Russian group in the city. With the support of the 4th battalion of the 92nd separate assault brigade, the village of Kondrashivka with its surroundings and forest areas was completely liberated.
Units of the 13th Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine “Charter” liberated the village of Radkivka and knocked the enemy out of several dozen houses in the north of Kupyansk.
The command of the 2nd Corps of the Charter NGU stated that Ukrainian forces operated in several directions at once, cut off the enemy’s logistics and effectively isolated the Russian units in the city. “Today we can say that the Russians in the city are completely cut off,” the report said.
As OBOZ.UA reported, the Ukrainian Defense Forces recently pushed back the Russians from part of Kupyansk and liberated a number of settlements around the district center. This happened against the backdrop of Russian statements made at the highest level about the alleged full control of Russian troops over the city.
