Hate-spewing Alexandr Dugin for example, is as evil and sinister as they come. He’s been exhorting Russians to “kill kill kill Ukrainians” on kremkrapper TV since even before putler. He is always received with great respect, rather than the revulsion that a normal TV presenter would feel.
