The agreement reached by the Normandy Four leaders at the Paris summit in December to ensure round-the-clock access of the OSCE SMM to the entire non-government-controlled territory of Donbas has not yet been implemented.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said this at the 56th Munich Security Conference on February 15, an Ukrinform correspondent reported.
“Recalling the agreements in the Normandy format, I cannot confirm the reliable, safe and round-the-clock access of the OSCE SMM to the entire temporarily uncontrolled territory of Ukraine. Unfortunately, there is still no access there,” Zelensky stated.
At the same time, he emphasized that the effective work of the OSCE SMM was a key condition for the successful implementation of the security component of the Minsk accords.

The Moskali will never allow full access to their crimes by the OSCE. I don’t know what difference it would make anyway since the Moskali run the organization and would clearly provide blindfolds and earplugs to them anyway.
Zelensky, don’t hold you breath for a change to happen. The OSCE is a corrupt and incompetent organization … at least as long as mafia land is a part of it.
