OSCE Special Monitoring Mission has found the new evidence of the Russian military presence in Ukraine

The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine has discovered new evidence of the Russian military presence in Ukraine.

According to the Monitoring Mission, on 10 March, an SMM mini-UAV spotted three brand new Russian electronic warfare systems RB-636 Svet-KU, RB-341V Leer-3 and R-934B Sinitsa at a compound in the southern outskirts of Luhansk city, 13 km from the contact line in the non-government-controlled area. These systems are actively used by the Russian Armed Forces and never officially exported before.

“It should be noted that on March 16, 2019, the OSCE SMM’s UAV has spotted the brand new Russian radio-electronic warfare (SATCOM jamming) system “Tirada-2” and the Russian R-330Zh “Zhytel” jamming system located in the vicinity of Yuzhna-Lomuvatka, Luhansk region, 9 km from the contact line in the non-government-controlled area.

The continuing Russian aggression against Ukraine, support of terrorist groups in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions is the crude violation of the basics of the international peace and security, meets the definition of aggression stated in the article 3 of the Security Council Resolution 3314 (XXIX) and entails international liability as the aggressor state,” The Ukrainian mission to OSCE has recently reported.

  1. These images once again prove the scum are in Ukraine, and knocks Lavrov’s endless claims that Russia “are not involved”, firmly on the head.
