Public order was provided by police officers, cynologists with dogs and public observers.
“This is a peaceful rally without political appeals, which the Kharkiv city council tried to ban, citing covid and the threat of probable provocations. It’s all the better that the court allowed it to be held, because this is the realization of people’s rights to demonstrate their position,” Nemichev said.
The march passed without clashes and ended with a rally near the volunteer tent “Everything for Victory” on Freedom Square.
As UNIAN reported, on January 21, in an interview with The Washington Post, President Volodymyr Zelensky did not rule out Russian occupation of Kharkiv .
“I will say realistically: if Russia decides to increase its aggravation, of course, they are going to do it in territories where historically there are people who have family ties with Russia. Kharkiv, which is under the control of the Ukrainian government, can be occupied. Russia needs a reason: they will say that they are protecting the Russian-speaking population. After the occupation and annexation of Crimea, we understand that this is feasible and can happen. But I don’t know what they are going to do, because these are big cities. It will not only be an occupation, it will be the beginning of a large-scale war,” Zelensky stressed.

I find Zelensky’s words disturbing. Petro would never have said such things which could motivate the invaders to go in. Or did Zelensky already agree on a division of Ukraine between ukrainian- and russian speakers?
I agree. The clown’s choice of words are rather stupid.
By what i know (intel) Putin wants the Crimea legalized or he will invade.
Excellent! And, a real surprise are the red and black flags, which is associated more with western Ukraine.
