It’s not just because of drone attacks.

In April, the volume of Russian oil refining averaged about 5.23 million barrels per day, which is close to the lowest level since May last year. Bloomberg writes.
This situation arose because the flood that swept the Russian Federation complicates the work of factories, and the repair of enterprises affected by drone attacks is slowing down, the agency notes.
From 11 to 17 April, Russia refined 5.22 million barrels of oil per day. This is about 10,000 barrels per day, or 0.2% below the average of the previous seven days.
At the same time, from April 11 to 17, most of the affected facilities worked close to the previous average weekly level, but the performance was still lower than before the drone attack.

And, I’m certain that we haven’t seen the last of attacks on mafia refineries … unless Washington cries tears over it again, and since Ukraine is getting military aid once more, those tears might work this time.
Rusdia could save a lot of efforts by burning the oil directly at the oil fields! 😈
