Novokuibyshevsk Refinery is one of the largest oil refining enterprises in the Volga region, located in the Samara region of Russia. The enterprise is owned by the Russian oil giant Rosneft.
The capacity of this refinery is about 8.8 million tons of oil per year.
The last time it was flown over was on the night of August 22 of this year. Then a fire also broke out, and the attack was confirmed by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As OBOZ.UA reported, on October 28, the Azot chemical plant in the Tula region was attacked. It is very important for the enemy’s military-industrial complex: according to the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, the enterprise supplied nitric acid to the Sverdlov plant in Dzerzhinsk, which produces explosives.
