The Samara Oil and Gas Terminal is the largest oil hub and tank farm in Europe. It is owned by Transneft-Privolga.
The station’s territory is over 216 hectares. The tank farm has 71 tanks with a total capacity of over 1.6 million cubic meters of oil.
The LVDS includes the Samara-1 and Samara-2 oil pumping stations and a separate mixing station.
The facility has been repeatedly hit by drones (in particular, in September 2025 and April 2026) due to its key role in oil logistics and the provision of the Russian military-industrial complex.
As OBOZ.UA reported, on the night of September 15, explosions were heard in the Volgograd region of the Russian Federation: Sebryakovcement was on fire.
Russian social media reported that there were deaths and injuries at Sebryakovcement.
The enterprise produces about 6% of all Russian cement.

An appropriate reminder from Phillips P. OBrien :
“Russia has one enormous strategic advantage of which it is taking advantage. It can daily attack civilian targets–hospitals, universities, markets–knowing that while Ukraine can do the same, the Ukrainians are too humane to do so.”
The sowed the wind. I think it is time for the putinaZis to reap the whirlwind ….
