We Represent, Protect, and Promote Ukraine and its highest value – People 🇺🇦

Dec 31, 2025

We noted with surprise the official reactions from the Uzbek, Kazakh, Kyrgyz, Turkmen, and Tajik sides regarding Russia’s fabricated “attack on Putin’s residence” – an event that lacks any empirical evidence and has been officially refuted by Ukraine.

We believe that reacting to Russian fakes is beneath the dignity of these Central Asian states, with whom Ukraine seeks to develop friendly and pragmatic relations based on the principles of mutual respect and benefit. Such reactions also contradict the declared positions of these states in support of Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, both of which are being violated by the aggressor state.

We are particularly surprised by the expressed concern over a fictional attack on Putin’s palace, while these same countries have failed to react to Russia’s frequent and very real strikes against civilians in Ukraine. Furthermore, the countries that have now spoken out against “attacks on state facilities” remained silent on September 7, 2025, when a Russian missile struck the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

We believe that attempts to play along with Russian propaganda – driven by short-term interests in their current relations with Russia – run counter to the centuries-long history and traditions of the Central Asian nations in their own struggle for independence and self-determination.

💬 Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha: “Almost a day passed and Russia still hasn’t provided any plausible evidence to its accusations of Ukraine’s alleged “attack on Putin’s residence.” And they won’t. Because there’s none. No such attack happened.

We were disappointed and concerned to see the statements by Emirati, Indian, and Pakistani sides expressing their concerns regarding the attack that never happened.

It is even more surprising given that all three states failed to issue any official statements when a real Russian missile struck the real Ukrainian government building on September 7, 2025.

Russia has a long record of false claims – it’s their signature tactic. For instance, Russia claimed it wouldn’t attack Ukraine in the beginning of 2022. They also often accuse others of what they themselves plan to do. Their words should never be taken at face value.

Such reactions to Russia’s baseless manipulative claims only play into Russian propaganda and encourage Moscow for more atrocities and lies.

We call on all states to act responsibly and refrain from responding to unverified claims – this undermines the constructive peace process that has been advancing lately.”

……….

Russia’s tactic against Ukrainian cities has remained unchanged throughout all the years of the war: to destroy life itself. Kupiansk in the Kharkiv region is no exception.

The Russian army uses every weapon in its arsenal – from drones and aerial bombs to missiles and artillery. Behind every image of a shattered city lies not only the fact that it has been turned into a ghost town, but the truth that in every window of every building, life once thrived. Russia has brought only death and destruction into these homes.

Ukraine’s fight is a fight for life – for intact homes, for warmth and comfort, for a normal life, for a just and lasting peace. Russia, through its terror and every single attack, proves its complete lack of interest in peace and in ending its war.

DATELINE KYIV – DAY 1406 : 4332

Shameful.

What will it take for our European neighbors to wake up to reality?

Ukraine is Europe and Ukrainians are dying every day defending the countries of western Europe from the malign actions of Imperial Russia.

It is time for Europe, in particular, writ large to energetically embrace “peace through strength” in the spirit of “all for one and one for all.”

Stalemate is not a viable option for either Ukraine or Europe.

A ceasefire for its own sake would solely serve the interests of the Russian Federation.

Only the speedy and decisive defeat of the Russian federation’s armed forces in Ukraine will lead to a just and equitable peace, Russian accountability, and a brighter future for Europe and the world.

Our shared future prosperity depends on what we do today to turn back the tide of Russian Imperialism.

………..,

In March 2022, Russia dropped an aerial bomb on the Mariupol Drama Theater, where hundreds of people were sheltering – children among them. It deliberately turned this place into a mass grave, committing a blatant war crime.

The word “CHILDREN” was written in front of the theater to make it unmistakably clear that civilians – including the youngest residents of Mariupol – were hiding inside from Russia’s attack. For Russia, this became not a reason to stop, but another reason to strike.

December 2025 – three years later – Russia is hosting festive events to mark the so-called “reopening” of the theater, at the very site where Mariupol’s civilians were killed, accompanied by dances, concerts, and celebrations.

This is deliberate terror and a deliberate attempt to evade responsibility. Russia must be held accountable for taking the lives of innocent people and for committing genocide against the Ukrainian people.

…………….

Russia remains true to a barbaric principle it has never abandoned: accuse the others, then strike on its own.

The recent fakes about the alleged “attempt to attack Putin’s residence” follow a familiar Russian tactic: shifting responsibility to justify its further actions (read: war crimes against Ukraine).

💬 “We urge the world to condemn provocative Russian statements aimed at derailing the constructive peace process. Ukraine remains committed to peace efforts led by the United States, with the participation of European partners”, Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha stated.
