Occupiers drop 500-kilogram air bomb on center of Dobropillia in Donetsk Region. There are victims

Russian terrorist forces dropped an air bomb on the center of the city of Dobropillia in the Donetsk Region, as a result of which two people are currently known to have been killed and 14 injured. The head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration Vadym Filashkin and the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets reported this on Wednesday, July 16.

Lubinets noted that russia dropped an air bomb on the center of Dobropillia at an hour when people were returning from work. The occupiers’ strike fell on the area of the Aurora store. According to him, the local hospital cannot accommodate all the injured.

“2 killed, 14 wounded – these are the preliminary consequences of the strike on Dobropillia. The Russians again targeted a place where there is always a lot of people – a shopping center in the city center. This time they used a 500-kilogram air bomb. According to preliminary estimates, 30 damaged retail outlets, 6 high-rise buildings and 8 cars are known,” said Filashkin.

The search is ongoing, as people are still trapped under the rubble.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on July 15, russian occupiers attacked 19 settlements in the Donetsk Region.

On the night of July 16, the DeepState analytical project recorded a new advance of russian occupation forces on several sections of the front in the Kharkiv and Donetsk Regions.

On July 15, the authorities of the Donetsk Region imposed a ban on the movement of civilians along the section of the T0514 Dobropillia – Lyman highway.
