Occupiers’ Communications Under Fire: GUR’s “Ghosts” Continue to Disable the Russian Armed Forces’ Electronic Infrastructure In modern warfare, success depends not only on weaponry but also on the ability to see, transmit information, and coordinate actions. The “Ghosts” continue to strike the technical assets upon which the Russian invaders rely. Targets hit include: • communication antenna systems; • MESH repeaters for UAVs; • electronic warfare (EW) systems; • Starlink jamming stations; • electrical substations.

Kilometers of cabling, complex electronics, and powerful antennas do not guarantee system reliability when key components come under attack.
