On the afternoon of June 7, the Russians attacked the Zaporizhia region and the city of Zaporizhia . At a bus stop, people were killed and some were injured due to a KAB strike.

According to the press service of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Prosecutor’s Office, on Sunday afternoon, the Russians attacked the Zaporizhzhia district. In particular, in the village of Balabyne, two people who were at a public transport stop were killed due to shelling by KABs, according to the prosecutor’s office. At least four more people were injured. Information about the victims is being clarified. Houses located near the places of the hits were also damaged, the report says.

The enemy also struck the city of Zaporizhia with an FPV drone, which caused a fire and damaged gas station equipment – a man was injured.

Criminal proceedings have been initiated on the facts of war crimes (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the head of the Zaporizhzhia OVA, Ivan Fedorov, three people have already died in the village of Balabyne, and private houses have been damaged.

“The strikes occurred near a public transport stop. Unfortunately, the people who were on it were killed and injured,” the official said .

A 59-year-old man was injured in Zaporizhia.
