The occupiers in the so-called “DPR” sentenced foreign volunteers who fought on the side of Ukraine to death.

This is reported by Russian media, publishing their photos.

A Moroccan citizen and two British men were found guilty of “mercenarism and other crimes”.

Foreigners Sean Pinner, Aiden Eslin and Saadun Brahim were sentenced to death.

According to Russian media, the British Pinner and Aslin were captured in Mariupol in mid-April, and the Moroccan Saadoun was captured on March 12 in Volnovakha.

So apparently these foreign volunteers are guilty of defending Ukraine on Ukrainian territory. It seems their guilt or innocence would be subject to Ukrainian law, not orc law.
