
The russian occupation army has advanced toward Kramatorsk in the northern Donetsk Region. It was reported by the Ukrainian analytical project DeepState on Sunday, April 5.
According to OSINT analysts, the occupants managed to seize a number of positions east of the village of Pryvillia. It is located just over 16 kilometers from the outskirts of Kramatorsk.

At the time of publication, the Ukrainian Defense Forces neither confirmed nor denied DeepState’s information about the russian army’s advance.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, today, on April 5, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Oleksandr Syrskyi, said that since January, the Ukrainian military has liberated 480 square kilometers of territory on the Oleksandrivka axis.
On April 3, OSINT analysts reported that in the Pokrovsk sector in the Donetsk Region, Ukrainian troops drove the occupiers out of a number of positions near two settlements.
Also, on April 3, a russian Su-30 fighter jet crashed in the occupied Crimea. The crash was caused by a technical malfunction, and the crew managed to survive. On March 31, an An-26 military transport plane with 29 occupants on board crashed in Crimea with 29 occupants on board.
Later it became known that the crash of the An-26 killed a russian General Alexander Otroshchenko from the russian Northern Fleet.
