“It’s really, really good for the president-elect because it gives him leverage, he can make decisions about what he wants to do. And the more the Biden administration does that, the more opportunity there is for the president-elect to do what he wants to do.” Kellogg said.
He also mentioned the conversation between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi and Trump in September, in which it was said that after a thousand days of war, Ukrainians are giving a signal that it is time to end the conflict.
