“Nova Poshta” has opened its own stationary branch in the Netherlands in the city of Utrecht. The delivery time from Ukraine to the Netherlands is from 6 days. According to the company’s press service , in the new branch in Utrecht, customers can send and receive documents and parcels weighing up to 100 kg.
The branch is located at Overvliet 2, and is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 20:00, and on Saturday from 09:00 to 18:00.
The cost of delivery from Ukraine to the Netherlands depends on the weight of the parcel:
- up to 100 g – 880 UAH;
- up to 250 g – 900 UAH;
- up to 500 g – 920 UAH;
- up to 1 kg – 950 UAH;
- for each subsequent kilogram after 1 kg – +55 UAH;
- if the parcel weighs more than 30 kg, then for each kilogram – 100 UAH.
Also, Nova Poshta customers can call a courier to pick up an already paid and packaged shipment from any address in the Netherlands.
It is noted that each parcel is insured at the company’s expense. In case of damage or loss, Nova Poshta guarantees full reimbursement of the estimated cost of the shipment.
“In addition to fast address delivery, we opened a branch in Utrecht. We see great interest in Nova Poshta services from local residents, so we plan further expansion – opening mini-branches in the largest cities of the country: Amsterdam, The Hague, Rotterdam this year,” said Anton Chernysh, CEO of Nova Post in the Netherlands.

In October 2024, Nova Poshta entered the Dutch market . The company then launched express delivery services. Thus, customers were able to order delivery from Ukraine or courier services to any address in the Netherlands.
From January 2025, Nova Post customers in the British city of Manchester will be able to send and receive parcels, documents and cargo weighing up to 100 kg. This is Nova Post’s third branch in the United Kingdom. The first two operate in London.
