Norway will increase its aid funding to Ukraine in 2025 to 85 billion kroner. That’s $7.8 billion.

As reported by NRK , the increase in the budget for support of Ukraine was approved by the Norwegian parliament. Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre stated that this is a significant contribution to peace and stability in Europe.

“This is a very, very large sum. It is necessary in the defense struggle that Ukraine is facing. We have a great responsibility to ensure that this money is properly controlled and goes where it is needed,” Stere said.
