Norway 🇳🇴 Launches Major Military Training Camp in Poland to Prepare Ukrainian Soldiers for Frontline Combat

Norway has established a major training ground in eastern Poland to prepare Ukrainian soldiers under the guidance of Norwegian instructors, NRK reported on September 15.

Camp Jomsborg, located deep in the forests of eastern Poland, is described as one of the largest military facilities ever deployed by Norway. Hundreds of Norwegian troops are stationed there.

According to NRK, construction of the camp began in the summer, and the first group of Ukrainian trainee soldiers with previous combat experience has already arrived.

The program is built around highly realistic combat simulations and specialized modules. The first of these focuses on managing stress in battle and developing effective control tools.
