In battles with the Russian invaders, the fighters of the artillery unit of the 79th separate air assault brigade of the Airborne Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine captured a trophy, which is now used to destroy the enemy. We are talking about the self-propelled artillery and mortar installation 2S9 “Nona”. The Nikolaev paratroopers told about the features of the use of equipment and the targets destroyed with its help.

“Features of the work: it is maneuverable, it is fast. It quickly comes to battle. The main task is, first of all, the destruction of the enemy, both manpower and enemy equipment,” said one of the soldiers of the 79th brigade.play video

Another warrior praised the 2S9 “Nona” for maneuverability and accuracy. He also counted the targets that the Nikolaev paratroopers blew up with the help of this self-propelled guns. The list includes 1 tank, 3 Tigr armored combat vehicles, 1 infantry fighting vehicle and other vehicles. Artillery and mortar installation is used by fighters both day and night.

Recall that yesterday, July 30, soldiers from the 1st battalion of the 95th ODShBr received the T-72 tank of the invaders – in excellent condition and almost without a run. And in mid-July, the soldiers of the 128th brigade acquired captured grenade launchers and other weapons.
