In Irpin, Kiev region, Russian invaders shot a New York Times correspondent.

This was announced by Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs Anton Gerashchenko.

“The occupiers cynically kill even international media journalists who are trying to show the truth about the atrocities of Russian troops in Ukraine. Today, a 51-year-old correspondent of the world-famous media New York Times was shot in Irpen,” he said.

According to Gerashchenko, another journalist was wounded, now they are trying to take the victim out of the combat zone.
