New explosions have been heard in the Russian city of Perm, where the Ukrainian Defense Forces attacked a Transneft oil pumping station on April 29. A fire broke out at the site, and thick white smoke rose into the sky.
This was reported by the Exilenova+ channel, publishing photos and videos from the scene. Later, it became known about another arrival – to the Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez plant.
What is known
“In Perm, locals are reporting a new explosion, and after it, another white cloud of smoke appeared,” the caption to the photo and video of the explosion reads.
After some time, information was received that the fire at the facility had intensified.
“They say it got even worse,” the channel noted.

Later, information appeared about another arrival – to the Permnefteorgsintez plant.
“It also flared up at Permnefteorgsintez. LPDS “Perm” is a “transportation artery”, and Permnefteorgsintez is a “processing plant”. They work in the same oil chain,” the report says.
Published photos and videos show a tall column of smoke and a powerful fire.
“LPDS “Perm” showed worthy competition in the competition, which will flare up above,” the public noted.

Previous explosions in Perm
On April 29, a complaint was filed in Perm, Russia, about an attack by the Ukrainian Defense Forces. Explosions were heard in the city, followed by a massive fire.
Transneft was hit, a fire broke out. Exilenova+ noted that the Perm LPDS is on fire – a nodal station of the Transneft system, responsible for pumping, storing, and distributing oil through main pipelines.
“Flows pass through the facility towards the Perm Refinery, other industrial centers and the export infrastructure of the Russian Federation. Then the raw materials enter the general transportation system and can go to the ports of Primorsk, Ust-Luga, Novorossiysk and Tuapse,” the channel noted.
They also indicated the coordinates of the impact point: 57.903850314, 56.202081648.
Later, photos appeared on the Internet showing Perm shrouded in smoke – the photo was allegedly taken at 11 a.m. local time. Meanwhile, the Russian Defense Ministry announced the “destruction” of 98 Ukrainian drones over occupied Crimea and a number of Russian regions. Perm Krai is not on this list.

In addition, according to local Telegram-publics, the same clouds that were previously reported from Tuapse appeared in the city due to the impact on the station. According to eyewitnesses, “oil rains” passed over the city, as can be seen in the published photos and videos.
“Residents are posting photos showing black dots on clothes, skin, windows, and cars. Local residents noticed the same dots after the attacks on Tuapse, where Rosneft’s oil infrastructure burned three times since April 16,” the local public wrote.
Later, the SBU revealed details of the damage to the oil pumping station near Perm.
Thus, the operation was carried out by long-range drones of the Special Operations Center of the Security Service of Ukraine “Alpha”. On the night of April 29, they struck the Russian linear production and dispatching station “Perm”. The complex is located more than 1,500 km from the border with Ukraine.
As OBOZ.UA reported, also on April 29, drones attacked the Russian city of Orsk in the Orenburg region of the Russian Federation.
The drones flew over 1,400 km to hit a local refinery. The Russians threw a tantrum after their arrival. They counted the “guys” and complained that they were scared: it turned out that war was not as fun as they had thought, looking at the burning Ukrainian cities.

Splendid! Mafia land keeps on burning.
