New blow to thermal power plant: Russia attacked Sumy with KABami

Russia attacked another energy facility in Ukraine after the destruction of the Trypillya Thermal Power Plant . After 16:00 it thundered in Sumy.

This was reported by the Sumy Regional Military Administration on Telegram. According to the OVA, no people were injured. This is preliminary data.

“Today, April 11, after 16:00, the enemy carried out an air strike with KABs on the critical infrastructure of the city of Sumy – the local thermal power plant,” the message says.

In this regard, all necessary services are working on site. The consequences of the strike are being determined.

Separately, it was said that the Esman community of the Shostka region was also shelled (preliminarily from cannon artillery).

“As a result of the shelling, two people were injured of varying degrees of severity. The victims were taken to the Glukhov hospital,” the statement says.
