While documenting the aftermath of Russia’s attack on Kyiv on July 2, Ukrainian photojournalist Ivan Antypenko was invited inside by Tetiana. “You can come in and look, but my son Roma is lying there. He is dead. He isn’t breathing anymore,” she told him.

Russia’s strike on Kyiv killed 30 civilians and injured dozens more. While the aggressor continues to wage war against human lives, the world must not look away. Russia’s impunity must come to an end.

It is time for Ukrainians and the world community to stop waging “polite” warfare in the war initiated by Russia against Ukraine. Considering the deliberate massacres of Ukrainian civilians by Russia, knowingly and purposefully killing them. As long as Ukrainians wage a “polite” war with Russia, nothing will be achieved. The world community should have understood this a long time ago. There is only one thing stopping Putin’s Russia, and that is the power that is currently expressed in using the same tactics as Russia itself. And this should not be blamed on the Ukrainians in any way!!!

🇺🇦🇷🇺 UKRAINE RAISES FLAG OVER KINBURN SPIT — RUSSIAN OCCUPIERS FORCED TO FLEE AFTER LOGISTICS COLLAPSE

Ukrainian forces have raised the national flag over the Kinburn Spit in Mykolaiv Oblast after Russian troops were forced to abandon their positions.

The spit, occupied since 2022, was not taken by storm—it was suffocated. Ukrainian strikes systematically cut supply routes, destroyed ammunition depots, and made survival impossible. With no ammunition, fuel, or food reaching Russian units, the occupiers were left with no choice but to retreat under heavy fire.

The Kinburn Spit is a narrow 40‑km sandy peninsula at the mouth of the Dnipro‑Buh estuary, controlling access to the Black Sea and shipping routes from Kherson and Mykolaiv. Russian forces used it to launch drone and artillery strikes on Odesa and Mykolaiv. Its loss deals a serious blow to Russia’s southern front.

“One day, Ukrainian tanks will reach Dzhankoi,” the Southern Defense Forces stated. The operation is ongoing, and Crimea remains the ultimate target.
