The Netherlands has handed over three launchers of the American Patriot anti-aircraft missile system to the Ukrainian army . These systems help protect Ukraine’s skies from Russian shelling.

This was reported on the X microblog by the Minister of Defense of the Netherlands Ruben Brekelmans. He published photos of the aid transportation, noting that stopping Russian aggression was and remains a common interest of both countries:

“Ukrainians are facing a tough winter as devastating airstrikes continue and continue. That’s why we donated three Patriot launchers. It saves lives and protects vital infrastructure.”
