On the night of May 31, the Defense Forces hit oil terminals in the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation, and the ferry crossing of the Kavkaz port was also put out of action. The strike group of the group of forces and assets of the Naval Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces worked accurately on targets on the territory of the aggressor state in cooperation with other components of the Defense Forces.

The Neptune coastal complex missiles and attack drones were used to hit the targets. This was stated by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

One of the affected oil terminals is located in the port of Kavkaz.

“A strike group from a group of forces and assets of the Naval Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces hit the ferry crossing and the oil terminal of the Kavkaz port, in the Krasnodar Territory of the Russian Federation. This happened at the beginning of the day on May 31 – the next night after the Ukrainian Defense Forces launched precise strikes disabled the ferries of the Kerch ferry crossing on the territory of the occupied Ukrainian Crimea, which ran to the port of Caucasus and were used for the military logistics of the aggressor,” the message says.

“The results of objective monitoring confirm explosions at target sites. The accuracy of hitting targets is being further explored. The complex operation was carried out in coordination with other components of the Ukrainian Defense Forces,” the General Staff said.

Also, attack UAVs of the Defense Forces hit another oil terminal in the Krasnodar Territory.

“Modern” and “effective” Russian air defense again turned out to be powerless against our missiles and unmanned systems and could not protect important facilities used for logistics and supply of the Russian army,” the General Staff summarized.

  1. It has become clear that it’s best for Ukraine to produce its own weapons systems, especially those with a long range and having a hard hitting ability. This is their Neptune system. This missile system is obviously well-developed, having a good accuracy, long range and packs a decent punch. If only they had enough, then the begging of certain Western jellyfish could be put to a stop. And, things would be perfect if the Ukrainians could produce a warhead that can destroy hardened targets.

  2. Now that they can produce Neptunes Ukraine needs to work on production of their Grom II ballistic missile with extended range. Even the possibility will bypass the need for Western approval to target Russia Biden can approve the use of ATACMs or loose all control over what targets Ukraine can hit.
Ukraine’s recent targeting of Russia’s strategic early warning radars is an example of what having some say in the matter is important to the administration.
After the Grom II Ukraine needs to begin developing a modified SS-18 missile with a larger warhead and shorted range that can hit anywhere in Russia.
The ability to take out Their radars AND hit any target in the country would be the stuff of Putin nightmeres.

    • Right! To help increase the little ghoul’s nightmares, Ukraine must double up on striking their refineries. And, Ukraine must start taking down some bridges, asap. This will give the potato generals nightmares when their supplies run dry.
