In the Lugansk region, wounded invaders were placed in children’s hospitals, including former prisoners, representatives of the Wagner private military campaign.

In the Kherson direction  , the battalion tactical group of the enemy, which consisted mainly of mobilized servicemen, has already lost more than 520 people dead.

This is stated on Facebook in the operational information of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at 18.00 regarding the Russian invasion.

The report notes that the enemy continues to suffer losses. “According to updated information, as of October 9, the enemy battalion tactical group from the 150th motorized rifle division, which operated in the Kherson direction and consisted mainly of mobilized military personnel, has already lost more than 520 people dead,” the General Staff reports.

The report also says that the invaders have many wounded. Therefore, in the temporarily occupied settlements, in medical institutions actively used by the invaders as hospitals, additional groups of medical workers arrive.

“In a children’s hospital in one of the settlements of the Luhansk region, the Russian invaders, next to sick children, placed their wounded. Among them are former prisoners, representatives of the Wagner private military campaign,” the report says.

The General Staff added that there are frequent cases when children are not treated and discharged in order to free up beds.

Counteroffensive of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kherson region

The counteroffensive of the Armed Forces continues in the south and east of Ukraine. Yesterday it was reported about the  release of more than 1170 square meters. km in the direction of Kherson.

At the same time, the de-occupation of seven more settlements was confirmed in the Luhansk region .

In response to the successes of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Russia hastily transferred a regiment of invaders immediately to the first line in the Kherson and Nikolaev regions. The enemy soldiers, at best, are equipped with old-fashioned protective equipment, which leads to numerous losses.

At the same time, Russian troops are trying hard to take Bakhmut . This, according to British intelligence, underlines the inflexible plan of operations of the Russian Federation, which has so far undermined its intentions. 

On the morning of October 10, the General Staff reported on repulsing another assault in the areas of the settlements of Ozaryanovka, Kamenka, Pervomayskoye and Nevelskoye. 

For the evening, the military also added about the successful repulsion of enemy attacks on Bakhmut.
