Analysts of the OSINT project Bees and evocation.info established the identity of a war criminal who abused Ukrainian prisoners of war in the Kharkiv region.

According to analysts , Russian lieutenant Oleksiy Kiprin with the call sign “Bars” is involved in the abuse of captured soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, a former comrade of the neo-Nazi Oleksiy Milchakov, the commander of the Rusych DSRG unit.

“A Nazi, a pagan, fought together with the sadist Milchakov as part of the Rusych DSRG,” experts noted.

Kyprin fought as a medical instructor in Rusych against Ukraine since 2014, and after the start of the full-scale invasion, he joined the Russian regular forces.

Abuse of Ukrainian prisoners of war in the Kharkiv region – what is known

The Russian aggressors shared a video on the Internet with  abuse  of Ukrainian prisoners of war. On it, you can see how four prisoners of war are led in a column with blindfolds. The men were forced to sing the song “Stand up, huge country”. They were kicked, causing one of the prisoners to fall. The soldier was threatened with death if he did not stand up, and then one of the occupiers shot near his head. This was the end of the video.

Dmytro Lubinets, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, reacted to this and stated that this could have happened in the Kharkiv direction.

“The video shows beatings, humiliation, threats, imitation of execution. Unfortunately, such treatment of Ukrainian prisoners of war is not an exception to the rules, but a common tactic for the occupiers. Such actions are a violation of the Geneva Conventions, according to which prisoners of war have the right to humane treatment.” , – he wrote in his Telegram channel.

Lubinets sent official letters to the International Committee of the Red Cross and the UN to document the abuse.
