In his opinion, forcing Ukraine to a bad peace treaty with Russia will strengthen the positions of Iran and China.
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte has warned Donald Trump that the US will face a “terrible threat” from China, Iran and North Korea if Ukraine is forced to make concessions to end its war with Russia.

In an interview with the Financial Times, Rutte emphasized that Ukraine needs a “good deal” and called on the US to continue military support. According to him, forcing Ukraine to an unfavorable peace will only lead to the fact that the enemies of the West will “rejoice” and start planning their own attacks.
“We cannot allow a situation where Kim Jong-un and the Russian leader, Xi Jinping and Iran rejoice together because we have reached an agreement that does not suit Ukraine, because in the long term this will pose a serious security threat not only to Europe, but also for the USA,” Rutte said.
Rutte added that there are deep military and economic ties between Russia, China, North Korea and Iran, and mutual supplies of arms and money are fueling the wars in Ukraine and the Middle East.
“The fact that Iran, North Korea, China and Russia are working so closely with each other … [means] that these different parts of the world that have conflicts and that have to be governed by politicians are becoming more and more connected. And there is Xi Jinping, who is watching very closely what will come out of this,” he noted, clearly referring to the fear that if Russia is allowed to seize a large part of Ukraine, the Chinese leader may feel emboldened and use force against Taiwan.
He also added that increasing military support for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky ahead of possible peace talks is more important than discussing when Ukraine might be offered NATO membership.
“The most important thing now is to make sure that when Zelensky decides to start peace talks, he can do it from a position of strength,” Rutte said. – “For me, this is now the number one priority.”

If these Nato asslickers would act at least half as much as they talk we would see some progress.
