Ukraine’s National Guard is conducting special operations to detect arsonists in the forests of the Zhytomyr region and the Chernobyl exclusion zone, says Interior Minister Arsen Avakov.

A special group was created in the Ministry to conduct the so-called “anti-sabotage operation”.
