I am experiencing similar stresses. I have been forced to write begging letters to friends and family, so far without success, as they are also very suddenly in difficulties.
I cannot describe in adequate words the intensity of my anger to the culprits, who have decided to use the catastrophe that they created as an opportunity for their evil regime. Bastards.
All small businesses here are in big trouble. All non essential business and services are ordered closed at midnight tomorrow. Millions of people who live paycheck to paycheck will suffer before government financial aid can arrive.
Here the cafes, restaurants and hotels are closed till 1 June by law. The workers will not not be declared unemployed. The state will pay their salaries till 90%.
All the businesses here except grocery, pharmacy and gas stations and goods transport. If you qualify for unemployment you receive 55 percent of your salary. It takes 2-4 weeks to get a cheque.
Same here, we get 80% from Government apparently, but 80% of fuck all is 20% less of fuck all.
I don’t know if the MPs will be stopped from working and put on 80% with a cap at £2.500 per month………….
Very sorry to hear about it as well mike, I think there will sadly be a lot of it, however speaking as someone who has lost a shitload in the past, ride it out and come back when this shit settles.
